I'm a big fan of water filters that are custom loaded with media that fits the water supply contaminant levels. So the media load is designed to take care of the exact chemicals found in the tap water.
This is the only thing that works. A generic filter you buy off Amazon will be dead in a month or two. Trust me. I'm in the chemical field and we test many with with carbon. You see what works and what does not.
